How to use the Interview Scheduling feature?

 Step 1: When on the dashboard or the home page, Click on the Application Tracker, fill the required details on the selected job. Next, click on View Tracker to open the page shown below.






Step 2: Select the candidate you want to schedule an interview for, and make sure it’s in the client process." Once selected, a panel will appear on the right side. From there, choose "Shortlisted", "Rejected" or “Dropped” based on the evaluation.





Step 3: Click on the clock icon to schedule the interview. 




Step 4: The following box will appear, allowing you to select the date and time and add any comments.




Step 5: When you click on "Notify Candidate," a box will appear where the client can edit details as per candidate. After making the necessary changes, click "Schedule," and the candidate will move to the next round.





Step 6: Once an interview is scheduled and the interview time has passed, there will be three possible categories for interview feedback: Attended, Rescheduled and Cancelled. Simply select the appropriate button.




Step 7: If the candidate has attended the interview it will ask for candidate feedback “Shortlisted”, “Rejected” and “Dropped”. Select the appropriate button
