How to Integrate Email with Application Tracker in Intellohire?

  • From the dashboard or home page, click on Application Tracker



  • Choose the JD for which you want to track applications. This will take you to the Application Tracker page. 

  • There are two ways to connect email:

  1. Click on a candidate and then select the mail icon labeled “Share Job via Email”.

  2. Alternatively, click on the arrow icon labeled “Share with Client” located on the right side of the ATS screen.

  • In both the cases below box will appear, but no email addresses will be displayed. To integrate email IDs, click on Connect Email.







Open Gmail Account:

  • Switch to a different tab and open your Gmail account.

  • Click on your profile icon in the top right corner, then select “Manage your Google Account”.

  • On the left-hand side, click the “Security” tab.

  • Under “How you sign in to Google”, click 2-Step Verification.

  • Enter your Gmail password to re-verify your account

  • Scroll down and click “App Passwords”.

  • Enter “intellohire” as the username when prompted.

  • Copy the generated password.

  • Return to the Intellohire platform and paste the copied password into the required field to complete the email integration.
