0

Step 1. This will be the home page or the dashboard when you log in.

Step 2. When you click on Recruiter Report, you'll land on this page. Here you will find all the related analytics that your recruiter has done while managing candidates.

Step 3. Filtering data

For getting precise data you can start with filtering the respective recruiter, job and company. You can even add the range of date

or the time period that you need data of.

Step 4.

After you're done with the desired filtering, the page will automatically reset according to you.

Then you’ll find various boxes. Let me help you understand each one of them.

  1.  CV’s sent to clients by Recruiter:

The total number of CV’s sent to clients by recruiters, stating which recruiter has sent how many CV’s in percentage.

These numbers will be based on the time period you filtered.

  1. CV’s pending for internal screening:

This shows the total number of candidates pending for the internal screening process. And by further clicking on it

you will get the list of names of candidates.

  1. CV’s pending in client process

These are the number of candidates that are still pending in the client's process (resume shortlisting process).

  1. Offered Candidates

These refer to the individuals who have received job offers from a company but have not yet accepted or declined

them. Candidates who have been selected but whose offer is not marked in the system, will be counted under

“Offered Candidates”.

  1. Joinings

The total number of candidates who have accepted job offers and officially become employees or members of an

organization

  1. Leads generated

These are the number of potential job candidates who have been connected for the Job opportunity, the list includes → Candidates who might have said “No” the job because of different reasons, Candidates who said to “Call later”, Candidates who “did not pick the call” and who have “Expressed interest” to join an organization through your recruitment processes. These leads represent individuals who have initiated contact or engagement with your system as potential future recruits.

  1. Candidate calls

They refer to the interactions or communications initiated by job candidates. This typically includes phone calls made by candidates to inquire about job opportunities, discuss their application status, or seek additional information related to the hiring process. There might be multiple phone calls to the same candidate even.

  1. Drops/Termination after joining

These refers to candidates who have previously accepted job offers and joined an organization but subsequently resigned or were terminated from their positions. Your software likely records and manages these cases as part of post-hiring processes and analytics, tracking the reasons for such departures. This will eventually help to do finance calculations, invoicing and replacement calculation processes.

  1. Offer rejected candidates

These refer to job applicants who have received a job offer but have chosen to decline it. These candidates  have gone through the recruitment process but decided not to accept the offered position. This will help you to calculate the drop % post selection.

  1. Lead close status-wise

This is basically dead leads. These are the number of candidates who have no interest in the job and are closed leads.
